HOUSE RULES 1. TRASH. Please leave trash in trash cans in house or trash bin in back alley 2. SUPPORT. If anything isn't working properly, please contact me only. Do not bother the neighbors. 3. SAND. There is a foot bath bucket in the hallway. If you go to beach, please fill it up and leave it outside the door of the condo so you can wash sand odd your feet before entering condo. 4. QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 9 AM. Please avoid making excessive noise during that time out of respect for our neighbors. 5. OCCUPANCY. The occupancy limit is strictly enforced and excess persons can result in eviction and $100 CHARGE PER PERSON PER NIGHT. 6. AGE. Must be at least 1 guest age 25 or older. 7. NO SMOKING. This is a 100% non-smoking house. Smoking is not permitted in the house. $1000 FINE FOR SMOKING. You may smoke outside. 8. NO PARTIES. Unless otherwise agreed to by me, Don't organize a party or group gathering involving additional persons as this could result in immediate eviction + $100 fine per person per night. 9. NO PETS. Pets are not allowed on the rental property. 10. Please be advised, we follow a strict cancellation policy 11. DAMAGES. We understand things happen but we do require that all guest inform us if anything is damaged during their stay. 12. OBLIGATIONS. The guest agrees to assume all responsibility to their personal belongings. Host is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. 13. EMERGENCIES. To contact police, fire, or medical please call 911. 14. LOST AND FOUND -It is your responsibility to pack up your things. We cannot be held liable for items left behind. If you do leave something behind, we will do our best to locate it and can ship it to you for $100 + shipping at a flat rate of $30 for ground or $130 for overnight.
