HOUSE RULES A. TRASH – Please leave trash in trash cans in the house or trash bins in parking area. B. SUPPORT – If anything isn't working properly, please contact me only. Do not bother the neighbors. C. SAND – Please wash the sand off in the outside hose on the east side of the building near the entry door. D. QUIET HOURS – Quiet hours are from 10 PM -10 AM. Please avoid making excessive noise during that time out of respect for our neighbors. E. OCCUPANCY – The occupancy limit is strictly enforced, and excess persons can result in eviction and a $100 CHARGE PER PERSON PER NIGHT. F. AGE – The main guest must be at least 25 years of age G. NO SMOKING – This is a 100% non-smoking house. Smoking is not permitted in the house. $1000 FINE FOR SMOKING. You may smoke outside. H. NO PARTIES – Unless otherwise agreed to by me, Don't organize a party or group gathering involving additional persons as this could result in immediate eviction. + $100 fine per person per night. I. NO PETS – Pets are not allowed on the rental property. J. Please be advised, we follow a strict cancellation policy K. DAMAGES – We understand things happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their stay. L. OBLIGATIONS – The guest agrees to assume all responsibility for their personal belongings. The host is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. M. EMERGENCIES – To contact police, fire, or medical, please call 911. N. PLUMBING - Please do not flush baby wipes, feminine products, or anything else down the toilets other than toilet paper. Clogged lines will forfeit the guests security deposit. O. LOST AND FOUND - It is your responsibility to pack up your things. We cannot be held liable for items left behind. If you do leave something behind, we will do our best to locate it and can ship it to you for $100+ shipping at a flat rate of $30 for ground or $130 for overnight.
