House Rules
A. TRASH. Please leave trash in trash cans in house or trash bin in back yard. B. SUPPORT. If anything isn't working properly, please contact me only. Do not bother the neighbors. C. QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 9 AM. Please avoid making excessive noise during that time out of respect for our neighbors. D. OCCUPANCY. The occupancy limit is strictly enforced and excess persons can result in eviction. E. NO SMOKING. This is a 100% non-smoking house. Smoking is not permitted in the house. You may smoke outside in front or backyard. F. NO PARTIES. Unless otherwise agreed to by me, Don't organize a party or group gathering involving additional persons as this could result in immediate eviction. G. NO PETS. Pets are not allowed on the rental property. H. Please be advised, we follow a strict cancellation policy I. DAMAGES. We understand things happen but we do require that all guest inform us if anything is damaged during their stay. J. OBLIGATIONS. The guest agrees to assume all responsibility to their personal belongings. Host is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. K. EMERGENCIES. To contact police, fire, or medical please call 911. M. LOST AND FOUND - It is your responsibility to pack up your things. We cannot be held liable for items left behind. If you do leave something behind, we will do our best to locate it and can ship it to you for $100 + shipping at a flat rate of $30 for ground or $130 for overnight.
Other Details to Note
Please understand Borrego is a dark skies community so exterior lights are supposed to be off at 10pm so everyone can view the bright stars. Interior lights are fine

Borrego Springs is a hidden gem. True peace and tranquillity within Southern California. There are a couple small grocery stores but Target and Wal Mart are over an hour away. We’re very proud to state that Rams Hill community has never had a break in. You can rest assured that you’re safe in this peaceful area.
Guest Access
Guests can access the 2 car garage and there is a pool house with multiple olympic size pools and jacuzzis. There are 2 security gates keeping you safe, once you’re in you have access to Rams Hill country Club which is really nice. Great food!
